New Research Reveals the Transformative Power of Breathwork.
Breathwork is still far less known than mindfulness, meditation, or yoga. Yet I believe it is one of the most powerful practices modern people need today.
A newly published study in Frontiers in Psychology compared Conscious Connected Breathwork with body scan meditation. The results were remarkable.
Participants in the Breathwork group experienced significantly greater:
