- Start early—even when it feels uncomfortable.
Momentum builds motivation. Action creates energy. - Speak to your Inner Child kindly but firmly.
Let them know: procrastination leads to guilt, stress, and missed opportunities. Acting now brings pride, clarity, and confidence. - Visualize the result.
Picture yourself finishing early, reviewing your work, and feeling relaxed, accomplished, and free.
Even in daily life, tackling tasks when your mind is fresh—like cleaning, prepping meals, or replying to emails—creates space, ease, and peace throughout the day.
💡 Try this: Take a few minutes each morning to close your eyes, visualize your 6-year-old self, and lovingly say: “Let’s do it now. You don’t have to wait. I’m here to help you. We’ll feel so much better afterward.”
