I’ll be part of the Expanded States of Consciousness Mega Summit, happening April 14–23.
This is a curated collection of past summit interviews — bringing together more than 90 of today’s leading voices across neuroscience, psychedelic research, meditation, Breathwork, plant medicine, trauma healing, and consciousness studies.
Researchers, clinicians, and practitioners from different fields have come together to explore one central question:
how we can access expanded states of awareness — and what becomes possible when we do.
My interview is included as part of this series.

I’ll be guiding a live session on:

In this session, I’ll share a structural understanding of how the mind operates through two systems — the Adult Mind and the Child Mind — and how expanding perspective begins by recognizing multiple different characteristics within the brain.
From there, we’ll move into the “Adult Mind Meets Child Mind” guided meditation, so you can experience this shift directly within yourself.
