You Have Changed.
So Why Does the Same Life
Keep Returning?
You've read books, taken classes, watched videos, practiced affirmations, worked on yourself, and tried to make better choices. Some of it may have genuinely helped. You may be more aware, more capable, and more accomplished than you once were.
And yet, perhaps:
The people and circumstances may change.
The underlying experience remains strangely familiar.
After everything you have learned, that repetition can be deeply discouraging.
But it may not mean that you lack discipline, desire, or intelligence.
It may mean that the work has focused on what is visible, while the pattern producing the visible result has remained hidden.
Unconscious patterns do not feel like limiting beliefs.
They feel like reality.
You may know what you should do.
You may even have changed things for a while.
The same emotional reaction.
The same conflict.
The same sense of limitation.
Keeps Participating in
What Comes Next.
One Level Earlier.
Many programs begin by teaching us what to do differently: build a better habit, communicate more effectively, think more positively, set a clearer goal, or take new steps toward earning more money. Those approaches can be useful.
Before adding another method, we uncover the outdated childhood interpretations operating beneath our recurring struggles - and begin to deconstruct and reorganize them from our adult perspective.
From that limited view, our young emotional brain may have concluded:
we may not recognize that we are wearing them.
This course draws on Fractal Psychology, developed in Japan by Mau Isshiki. Its central teaching is that Thoughts Create Reality - not merely through our present conscious wishes, but through deeply embedded thought patterns accumulated in the unconscious mind.
Within this framework, Child Mind projects what it has come to believe is true, and we then perceive the projected pattern as reality.
It is like watching a film and trying to change the image by arguing with the screen. We may work hard on the visible problem, yet the film in the projector continues producing the same scene.
Together, we investigate the conclusions formed about ourselves, other people, and the world - distinguishing what happened from what our young emotional brain decided it meant, and identifying the strategies built around those meanings.
This is where Adult Mind becomes essential: our capacity to see more of the picture, understand cause and consequence, develop abilities, make deliberate decisions, and choose what to create next.
Be for You If...
You have already learned a lot, but the same emotional, financial, or relationship patterns keep returning.
You can explain your patterns, but you still find yourself living inside them.
Surface strategies may help temporarily, but something familiar eventually returns.
One Progressive Process.
Money gives us a clear doorway into patterns that may also appear in relationships, work, freedom, success, love, and abundance.
Each week builds on the previous one, moving from recognition to source-level investigation, updating, and deliberate creation.
This Work Requires More Than Someone Who Can Explain a Theory.
It requires someone who can help us recognize a hidden pattern while we are still experiencing it as reality.
For decades, Saemi Nakamura has explored one central question:
Why can we sincerely want change, work hard to create it, and still find ourselves returning to the same patterns?
Her search has taken her deeply into consciousness, personal development, and the unconscious mind. She is a Grof Certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitator and NeuroDynamic Breathwork® facilitator. She also developed and taught the six-month Personal Development curriculum for eight cohorts of the NeuroDynamic Breathwork Facilitator Training Program.
The decisive turning point came through her direct study and training under Mau Isshiki, the founder and developer of Fractal Psychology and the Theory of an Advanced World.
This framework gave Saemi a precise way to understand what insight alone often cannot change:
the early emotional interpretations that continue shaping what we perceive, expect, and repeatedly experience as adults.
What Makes Saemi’s Approach Distinctive?
What makes Saemi’s approach distinctive is her ability to bring this highly specialized Japanese system into a clear, experiential process for English-speaking participants.
She does not simply explain why a pattern exists. Through guided meditations, Brain Exercises, structured self-inquiry, and real-world practice, she helps us recognize what our young emotional brain concluded, how that conclusion may still be shaping our present reality, and what our Adult Mind can begin updating now.
As the author of four books published in Japan and a presenter at international summits, Saemi brings together the precision of a teacher, the depth of an experienced facilitator, and decades of inquiry into what creates lasting change.
For those of us who have already understood ourselves many times - but still find ourselves living the same patterns - Saemi offers a rare bridge:
From insight to recognition.
From recognition to practice.
From practice to a different way of creating our lives.
Real People.
Real Shifts.
Participants share how this work has helped them see their patterns more clearly and create meaningful change in their lives.
“I'm a psychologist and have been in therapy for many years, and meeting with Saemi was meant to target something different.
Saemi, as an expert fractal practitioner, immediately and compassionately identified my earliest fractals, helped me understand the concepts and patterns, and identified where those patterns were emerging in my life and provided me layers of skills to get rapid clarity so I could chart a better path forward in all aspects of my life.”
“Saemi’s guidance and her skillful recognition of subconscious underlying behavioral and thinking patterns that were causing me problems in certain areas of my life helped me to shift perspective fundamentally.
My relationships changed. My productivity changed. My creativity expanded. I have much more clarity and understanding than I had before. My capability of being present for myself and others improved greatly.”
“There was something about the notion of 'inner child' that I resented. For me, it was hard work to start accepting this notion. However, as the personal development sessions progressed, I found myself more and more accepting of the 'inner child' notion and existence.
And then, unexpectedly, by the time the private session came about, I was able to connect with my inner child. It was truly both a mind and heart opening experience following which I found myself a lot more compassionate both towards myself and others.”
“The most significant message I received from Saemi was that choosing happiness takes courage, determination, and diligent work. My happiness does not fall into my lap from the heavens. It is not my partner’s responsibility nor does it happen by chance. I choose to be happy. I take ownership of my own happiness, and that gives me joy, independence and liberation.”
